1. High-purity graphite molds are relatively easy to be affected by moisture. After being damp, the product will become loose, and some impactful objects will be knocked to cause deformation, and once water enters the high-purity graphite mold, it will be harmful. The raw materials contained in it will cause the dilution of raw materials, and some chemical changes will also occur to further affect the quality of its products, so waterproof measures must be taken well.
2. Although high-purity graphite molds are of good quality and are not easy to be damaged, they must be handled with care. Falling from high places or stumbling will not have a great impact on the quality of graphite crucibles, but it has been developed for a long time There will be gaps. After this kind of situation occurs, there is no way to save it, only to replace it again.
3. Do not heat high-purity graphite molds over fire. Because its own thermal conductivity is not very sufficient, it is meaningless to heat it up, and it is very ugly to use smoke and fire or make it appear black on the bottom.
